Trash law firm. They are representing a ERISA case and they file frivolous motions. They definitely act like BigLaw and want to bill their boutique level hours because they have quotas whether the case/circumstances demand it or not. When they lose they frame arguments weak in law, case law, and court rules to keep the money flowing. Specifically Tim O'Connell, but secondarily the managing partners and Karin Jones, co-counsel sit idly by and continue to lose/upset judges for profit and billing. It's a sad thing to see a boutique level firm bill for anything and everything even when they are losing. The lead attorney on the case is not even an ERISA lawyer and still bills partner/boutique level rates. Pure greed. Don't assume all lawyers at this firm are top talent, they are not.
