His brutally honest. I know that can be off putting, but i dare anyone to find a lawyer who will sit on the phone with you for 30 min just to tell you the hard truth and not be your actual attorney. If you’re having USERRA issues. I would highly recommend going to Thomas Gerard! Recently I was on military orders for about 6 months, my employer knew when my return date was. I had let them know in advance as well of when I’ll be returning. As soon as I came back to work, they had sent me back home. I had to use my PTO to get paid since I was unable to return to work. I had to get reinstated to work on a program that I had to regain access. So I contacted Thomas letting him know about the issue and how upset I was. He then quickly provided a solution and a letter to send to my employer, notifying them they had violated my USERRA Rights. I was reinstated quickly to work and returned to collecting PTO. I would always go to Thomas anytime as long as I’m in the military for any USERRA issues. Thank you!
