Sedey Harper; Donna L. Harper. This firm is easily the best and most qualified for Employment Law in the state of Missouri but ask anyone: they are known far and wide in other states and when I had a problem in St Louis, Donna was recommended by 6 people I know including an attorney headhunter in the Midwest who knows everyone. She is a wonderful, caring, extremely personable and professional lawyer who clearly knows what she is doing. I have recommended her many times to anyone who needs help with unfair business practices, mysterious and questionable termination, wrongful salary and pay disputes and willingness to take on lawyers who ALWAYS win. She gives them pause and I couldn't be happier with the job she did for me. She is a super pleasant person who clearly cares for her clients and I have heard that she is fearless in the courtroom. I am proud to know her as a friend now and would ask her advice if I needed a recommendation for any other area of law. She has my most avid praise. Unfortunately, I learned later that we neglected to finish some of the tasks prior to my retirement and by the time I realized my mistakes in requesting help, she wasn't able to help me later because she was too busy working on a big case.. I asked for another lawyer in her office but never heard back so I was disappointed since we were going to continue to request salary and benefits prior to my retirement . It was extremely disappointing because my settlement was never carried out the way it was supposed to be once they were done with me. All further email requests and notices had the heading Resolved. And it wasn't so I am left in the lurch and looking for a new lawyer. Also, I discovered a number of things wrong with my settlement.
