These guys are awesome I fell at work and Mike and his tream worked extra hard to get me the money I deserve not only that but that made me feel heard and seen during the whole ordeal and did a amazing job making sure I understood everything that was going on with my case and I ended up with a 7 figure settlement I would 1000% recommend sugarman to any and everyone looking for legal counsel

Stay away from these guys. They're defending insurance companies against accident victims yet acting as "independent arbitration lawyers" in the process. DO NOT HAVE YOUR ATTORNEYS use them as an arbitration lawyer. My guess is they're on retainer with Geico and possibly other Insurance companies to issue $0 dollar settlements when Geico has their fake doctor write lies, they all know each other and if they issue $0 binding arbitration settlements to the Geico insured victims with the higher insurance coverage that that of a lesser insured Geico customer who caused the accident or another company...well it doesn't take long for that conflict of interest to save Geico money...more than their firm makes in a retainer...a win win for both crooked organizations. I know first hand as a disabled person of 5 years. Never had any evidence from my neurologist that suggested disk degeneration yet their Geico doc, across the hall from the attorney who defended the geico driver that hit me. And then this egregious $0 ruling. Crooks, the lot of em. Also Never use William Mattar he's not local nor saw this conflict of interest before using Chris Mullins as a partner in this firm to arbitrate. Thank God for honest social security disability medical evaluations and fair impartial judges or I would have been destitute. I am disabled and in pain every day. Stay Away from this firm.

Don't waste your time , after sending all my medical records and needing shoulder surgery he said i had no case . I was hit by a postal carrier. In the final paragraph of the letter that Sugarman law sent .Sam says it appears that you were working as a mail delivery person at the time of the accident. NO I WAS HIT BY THE POSTAL CARRIER!!!!! Sam never listened to a word I said . He is not ready to take your case to court, just an ambulance chaser.

Professional and timely. I have reached out to sugarman twice for speeding tickets and received better results than expected on both occasions. HIGHLY recommended.
