I'm hoping this review leads to some cost transparency. I engaged this firm for a residential lease review. Just a review, not an entire lease drafting. I was given an estimate of $500 over the phone which was paid up front as a deposit. The final bill came to $2,500 exactly which is 5x what I was estimated. I was given a $500 courtesy credit, but still 4x the original quote is rather outrageous. I hope this helps someone wondering whether or not this would be worth it to them. I left two stars because what we agreed upon was done however at a cost that I wouldn't have agreed to had I given an accurate estimate. Note this review was posted after I was just charged an additional $606 after I had already paid 1394.

You are really missing out if you don’t hire Zelma to represent you. She is hands down, the best in Tucson. She is extremely professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and smart. She is well thought out with her approach. She will fight aggressively (reasonably, of course!) for her clients as she truly does care for them. I had a terrible experience with my previous lawyer and was skeptical to hire a new one but I am soooooo grateful someone recommended her to me. She has really made me feel at ease with my stressful custody battle and has not let me down. I personally know several others that have hired her and they ALL have nothing but amazing things to say. I’m telling you, she’s the best!!!

Lady that answered the phone was unprofessional and condescending. The lawyer she transferred me to sounded like he was bothered with the questions I was asking. Definitely not doing business here to say the least.

You can ignore most of the 1 star reviews about this firm. Most of the 1 star reviews are probably people who did not retain this law firm. We retained Ryan O'Neal. He was very fast, responsive and gave us great advise. We also got lots of value. From our first phone call, he gave us information about leans, property, UCC filings and IRS tax issues relating to our contract dispute were trying to resolve.
