After being rear-ended while sitting at a stoplight, with a car that was heavily damaged and some significant injuries, I called Tom Duff. I found him to be quite honest and frank when we talked and hired him to represent me in this matter. He was easy to work with and I felt very honest in his assessment of my situation. After explaining in detail what I was experiencing, Jim said he would take my case, the fact that I had pictures, documents, etc. was a plus from what I was told. After 9 long months of me being left in the dark with no updates I was then contacted by him just to be informed he would not be moving forward with my case. He assured me to contact him if I should ever be in a car accident though as he loves those types of cases. After such terrible handling of my case from the beginning, I now can’t find anyone to assist me. Had I known I would be completely disregarded from jump, I would have reached out to a more caring and understanding firm willing to listen and explain the steps to me. I find it unprofessional to not only mishandle my evidence, but the communication was non existent and I’ve lost almost a year of my life waiting for a resolution that never came. Now I’m met with a strict time line to get anything done. It’s very disappointing and disheartening to say the least.
