Our experience with Mr. Weingarden's firm was a pleasant one. He was very responsive, considerate and prepared. When I first spoke to him, I immediately could tell that he was more knowledgeable about the law than other lawyers I spoke too, especially when it came to human rights and the Fair Housing Act. Moreover, he spent more than 30 minutes just listening to our needs and provided thoughtful advise. This was a very unique quality as other lawyers were abrupt, terse and didn't really care to hear our case. Leslie, his assistant, was always respectful and responded to my calls with alacrity. Both Leslie and Mr. Weingarden put us (the client) first and did a great job handling our case.

I called looking for legal advice, and he was disgustingly rude. He asked a few questions, I answered and without even asking what type of outcome I’m looking for or merely giving advice he stated he’s not interested in taking my case and that I need to reach out to other lawyers.

I want to thank you all for your help, determination, courage, and hard work. I appreciate that you stood by us through this lengthy process. 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, some more than others but you have brought a life changing moment to my family. Great staff

Mitchell was rude and kept interrupting me during our phone consultation. He was completely insensitive to my issue and continued to dominate the conversation whenever I tried to explain. He would talk over me and I kept asking him to stop and allow me to explain. If you’re experiencing workplace harm, please don’t contact him. He’s rude and insensitive.
