Our first attorney suggested we contact Matt Hug for help with Objections to a Support Order written by a Family Court Magistrate. We did so, and sent Matt over 1000 pages of Court documents. Despite having just 2 weeks to spool up to what had transpired in our Court case, Matt wrote a stellar Objection document. We thought, "no way the Judge could read it and uphold the errors of the Magistrate." And, we were right! The Judge overruled the Magistrate’s Order, held the offending party accountable for her willful violations, and even ordered her to pay counsel fees.
