I recently worked with Megan Boggs as my Real estate attorney for buying my first home. Megan made the process extremely easy by explaining step by step, being reliable, always answering my questions ( I had many) and in a timely fashion. Over a month ago they were supposed to make edits to a contract to send to a seller's attorney. Reached out to them multiple times they kept saying they would get it done finally they got it done and took over 4 weeks. They took so long that the seller finally got fed-up and started taking other offers on the house again. When they did finally send it and they asked us to confirm the date for closing the date was wrong. We informed them so they said okay we fixed it and they sent it again with the exact same date that they did not change. Would not recommend will never use again.
