Mr. Belsen was able to help me avoid a moving violation for going past a road closure on River Road. I traveled about 500 yards on the road where there was no ongoing construction to turn right into Beverly Hills. No DOT personnel were on the road at the time I went around the closure sign. A condition of the dismissal was that I complete an on line defensive driving course. I did successfully complete it and learned some safe driving practices. Mr. Belsen’s legal secretary was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed to do to comply with the Court’s order. She also kept me current on the progress of the case. I was in a tough spot, getting a ticket on my way to work. Mr Besen was able to get it reduced from a serious violation to an unsafe moving violation.
