I can honestly say I was very satisfied ,Jim and his team really made this court case much easier than I expected,not only was I concerned mainly of keeping my CDL A he made it right from the start. Jim was very helpful and got my DUI reduced. He fought hard on his part. I didn’t have any anxiety about my case. He is very helpful, and responsive. Many people say their lawyers are non responsive this was never the case! I appreciate him and his team for a seamless case.

Jim has always been an honest and trustworthy attorney. Whenever I have a concern or if I need him to represent me for something stupid I’ve done, he’s always willing. I may not need him for years on out (which I prefer 😋), and he’s always available to listen and provide honest feedback. He’s willing to give up the opportunity of taking a case, if he feels it’s unnecessary money you would end up spending. He doesn’t write you off and, will give options to resolve your issue. You just don’t get that type of integrity nowadays. I recently was pulled over for my license plate and I immediately called him. He reviewed the information I provided and since it was a bit unique, he gave me a few suggestions to try first. IT WORKED! He rather not take your money if he feels your situation could be handled at the lowest level possible. He’s so amazing! I will always put my trust in Attorney Yeargan.
