If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst lawyer I have ever met, he doesn't care about his clients just the money. Me and my mom have had his services since 2018 and things were good at first, we got our employment authorization but then when we changed our process to a different one he started lacking once his pockets were full. We made the change back in February of 2023 and I recently went to see him in September of 2024 cause my job authorization card was going to expire. I came to find out he had NEVER submitted the application back in February and started blaming me and my mom for not keeping tabs.. as in we're not paying him for HIM TO BE RESPONSIBLE WITH OUR CASE. My mom was always keeping tabs on the case and she had gone to see him a couple of times before September where he had asked for a couple of documents and she then later that day dropped them off at the front desk, he had never opened them or even the front desk lady never gave them to him. I have lost my job because of him, the process was delayed a year and a half and all he did was just shrug his shoulders blaming me and my mom. Like what kind of lawyer shows this kind of unprofessionalism? Every time we call he's either never there and they say they will return our call and never do. When I went to see him and showed my discontent he said he will do my process for "free" yet when I called again a couple of weeks ago he was gonna charge me $3500. He is so dishonest I decided to finally make the change. I would NOT put my immigration process on his hands if I were you, worst firm ever.

Very unprofessional. When i called his office i was put on hold for more than 15 min an still Gilbert Gutierrez did not answer or return my call. He showed Grade school behavior. My experience with this clown was jus plain bad. I would like to run into this sack of dirty laundry in some dark alley, an talk bout how hurt people hurt people.

Called this office about a position advertised. Turns out it's a different firm but SO glad I did! The person who answered was awful, rude beyond belief. DO NOT use this firm if they can't speak respectfully to others. DREADFUL Person answering phone.

I called the office to find out if my mom left a will as she just passed away and the receptionist supposedly named Anita was extremely insensitive, rude and hung up on me. Stay away from this place. FYI She was a client of yours, check your files, you moron! I have proof.

Gabriel Gutierrez,Jr. Attorney at Law is the best Attorney in the Austin Texas Area that i know..he help me get charges dropped on a case that happen @ the Latin Quarters on Houston St. in Austin Tx. it meant all lot to me then and now thank you much Gabe my good friend .
