Paid a 10,000 retainers fee the lawyer apparently wasn't paying attention in court my b,a,l waz 3 different numbers and charges in carter county was supposed to have been dismissed, but I went to the court house in Elizabethan to get copies of the papers where they was dismissed because I'm getting my license back but to my surprise I had to pay 413.03 for a citation so tell me how they got dismissed if I had to pay that? The attorney will not return my calls to explain anything to me
