In early 2022, my fiancé tragically passed away from an asthma attack. Immediately following her death, I became entrenched in an emotionally charged custody battle for my stepson. My federal attorney advised me to contact Jennifer Runfola, a lawyer at LeTempo Law Group, to represent me in family court. She and I worked diligently together to secure temporary and then full custody of my beloved stepson. However, after our two victories, Jennifer left the firm to pursue other endeavors. The final step to securing my son’s full and complete integration into my family was adoption. Three other lawyers at LeTempo Law Group were initially assigned to the adoption case. Due to workload and inexperience, they were reassigned. Then, as if the heavens opened up, Shelby became our blessing. Shelby Majda has worked tirelessly, diligently, and passionately to help us through every step of this process. From drafting necessary documents that the courts provided incompletely, to personally walking over to the surrogate court office on her lunch break to file the proper paperwork and obtain whatever information was needed, she ensured we could complete this adoption. LoTempio Law Group is great such knowledge and professionalism!!! Ashley and James have had my case and never once have I felt like I was just other case or not heard!!! They both, along with the rest of the staff in the office return emails and phone on a regular basis when contacted!!! I do not recommend this firm . They were initially nice and easy to set up a meeting with and take my retainer . Over she course of a few weeks I quickly became very uncomfortable with the progress of my situation . Constantly having to reach out to see if anything had changed or happened . Every time I reached out to see what’s going on I was charged for it . I was charged for a consultation fee that I was never notified about before hand . And I was charged very high for a simple letter to be sent . If you want to be charged a high amount for little work and no communication this is the place your just a number . It also took me a long time to get my money they requested upfront back . It took me calling everyday if not every other day I wish I could have had a good experience and nothing but nice words to say but simply just was very disappointed .

My experience with this law firm was efficient and straightforward. Frank, Georgette, and the entire staff helped me quickly file, settle, and finalize a matter I had been dreading would become a long, drawn-out process. They responded promptly to all of my calls and emails, and despite clearly being very busy, they made me feel that my case was a priority. Overall, I would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to get results efficiently.
