If I could give zero stars for the front desk alone, I absolutely would. My experience with this office never made it past the receptionist, Nekisha, and honestly that was more than enough. She was extremely unprofessional from the very beginning — hung up on me twice, refused to provide her name, and acted irritated by the most basic general questions, including "What time does the office close?" Instead of answering standard information any receptionist should know, she insisted I "speak to Mr. Harding for everything," then repeatedly forwarded my calls straight to voicemail. It felt less like customer service and more like I was inconveniencing her by calling. However, I do want to acknowledge attorney Noah, who immediately stepped in and showed what true professionalism looks like. He didn’t hesitate to reach out, answered my questions clearly, and picked up the slack left by the front desk without any issue. His quick response and willingness to help are the only reason this review isn’t entirely negative. I hope management seriously addresses the front-desk concerns, because no client or potential client should be treated the way I was — especially when the attorneys themselves are capable of much better. UPDATE: I wish I could say things improved, but after finally getting a call from Mr. Harding, it only got worse. His dismissive comment — "you don’t do the hiring and firing for this office" — and then refusing to explain it because it was a "waste of time" was unbelievable. For a family that’s grieving, the lack of basic respect is disappointing. I genuinely hope no one else has to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.

So So thankful for Mr. Harding and his team for helping me beat my accident case! They were more than patient , educated & firm in the belief that every client truly matters. They got exactly what i was asking for & never once backed down. Will ALWAYS use Mr. Harding & his team ❤️
