I don't think this firm provided ANY value. Hired for a cell phone ticket which I maintain I was using a hands free device. Forty minutes tate to court, I ended up paying $400 more and likely ended up with the same result with guilty plea.

Very unprofessional attorney I highly recommend using someone else for any of your legal affairs. Hired this attorney for a speeding ticket, they actually failed to show up had to call them right before the judge called my case to remind them to join. When I reminded them to join the virtual court, they passed me off to some random attorney that literally did nothing. I actually spoke with the prosecutor myself who offerd me the samething I paid this attorney for. Literally a wasted of $500

I had a bad experience with this firm. They were terrible with communication once I paid the fee. I ended up cutting my losses and going to another lawyer that resolved my matter in traffic court in a speedy manor.

I would recommend attorney DiBenedetto to anyone. I feel he’s professional and he does get positive results. He took my case and I was pleased with his work. He worked hard and diligently to get me a fair decision.

They helped me received no points on my licence. However, there's room for improvement in terms of maintaining communication with the client ,and punctuality. Also, you might be represented by a third party.
