Evan and his practice are an incredible team. The retainer was worth every penny. They have a practice full of experts, they were prepared for every hearing, continuation, left no stone unturned in discovery, and continually pressed when the state failed to provide critical evidence. He got me into the blue cares program and got all charges deferred for a year plus a traffic ticket. As a result, in a year I will be eligible for a clean slate expungement. His past as a prosecutor also gives him experience and relationships with judges, prosecutors and investigative methods.
