Mr. Black is the best, he is a honest and direct, a quality that mean lawyers don’t possess. He never once promised me anything other then being prepared for a fight. He is very accessible, I had his personal cell phone number that he answered whenever I needed questions answered. His staff was very personable and friendly, Michelle ensured all my travel request were submitted to the courts on time. I would definitely hire Mr Black again, hopefully I would never have to use his services again😂😂 Thanks for saving my life

Mr. Black there is not enough I can say about this man and his outstanding staff. They are the best in chesapeake hands down. He is a man that cares and knows how hard you worked for your money and he's going to work just as hard and harder to make sure you are informed no matter the question or concern. Would not recommend. Do your research thoroughly on Mr. Black, he shows no justice in court whatsoever, my family member received a unjustified time just for a driving charge. When calling upon Mr. Black he responded very unremorseful and said that he isn't his client any longer . He gives no further implication of caring about his clients and ensuring that he fought righteously for his client. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. When I say do your research on him, don't believe everything you hear on him.

Teddy represented my in a messy divorce and when my ex repeatedly "forgot" to bring a witness to the commissioner's hearing he realized I was actually friends with her attorney, and arranged for her attorney act as my witness and cleared it through the commissioner. Since I counter sued for divorce, I was granted the divorce instead. Who thinks like that but a very skilled attorney!
