I had a great experience. I called once, they answered the phone prontly. They made an appointment for my fingerprints; I just went to get my fingerprints done, it took less than 10 minutes. All the staff was nice and professional. Thank you.

Every time I call the office for an update on a background check and talk to a lady named Heather she is extremely rude. She talks to you like you’re unintelligent. I have never called a professional office for a state and received such an attitude over the phone for asking simple questions and giving nothing but kindness back even though the same attitude isn’t received. I wouldn’t want someone like this answering the phones for my office or business.

When you have a question or two about a criminal issue concerning a court matter, a good place to head to and inquire from whom working there at the moment. Learning what all you need to learn and know about the legal system.
