I never really do reviews, but I felt this one needed to be done. I called to urgently speak with an attorney regarding traffic issues and he came off very rude In the beginning, but then he explained that since my domestic partner got convicted, he couldn’t really do much and so I repeated what he said back to him and he got very angry and raised his voice. Never in my life have I been talked to in such a rude manner, but my God he really needs to understand when talking to people you need to come off professional because you never know what kind of day people are having. Just downright disrespectful and rude.

Represented my son falsely accused with a felony. Got the entire case dismissed. Didn’t allow prosecutors to rail road us into taking an unnecessary plea deal. Highly recommend.

Wish I would have read the google reviews before hiring mr.Schimanski. All the bad reviews are true as can be. Mr.schimanski is unprofessional and very rude he even missed my court date because quote on quote time had gotten away from him then has the nerve to argue with me for 30 minutes about a construction zone and never apologized for forgetting about my court date. Also mr.Schimanski had very poor communication skills and prefer to ask his clients info about the case every call instead of doing his job and reviewing the case. I would advise everyone to please look else where and do not hire this attorney!

Not sure if I just caught him during his time of the month but this guy was BEYOND unprofessional. I only had one conversation with him as he ignored my previous emails and phone calls. After I was finally able to track him down during the course of this one conversation, he was rude and uncouth, played deaf & dumb, struggling to answer the most basic of questions. When he ignores your emails and the messages you leave with his secretary, take it as a sign from God to go find a better attorney.
