Do not give her your money. I asked her to take my case serious and not work for a deal. I gave her several things to do to defend me and she didn't do any of them. She waited till last minute to get me a Polygraph done, which showed my truthfulness and ONLY THEN did she finally start asking for witnesses, evidence, etc. but it was too late. Not only this, but she was super unprofessional and showed up late to trials and openly mocks witnesses. If you're serious about your innocence, Morgan is not the choice. Morgan Carusso ruined my life by being careless and showing confliction in my case. She only truly cares about her perception in the attorney community and will most likely sell you out to get a better deal for someone else. Plus she didn't actually fulfill her duties I gave her, which means she stole money from me. Please don't make the mistake I did by hiring Morgan Edit* Her responses to her reviews shows the character she is. She's always quick to defend her poor actions but never quick to defend the people who pay for her representation. 4 "heart" reactions to my review shows this isn't an isolated incident and several people feel this way.

Morgan was absolutely amazing. I reached out to her concerning my mother’s case. She contacted me immediately and we talked one on one. She was able to get my mother out of jail and also get the charges dropped down to a misdemeanor. She was an absolute pleasure to have. She is very professional & respectful. You can tell she cares for her clients and I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication she imputed to get my mother released from jail.

Morgan is hands down the best Attorney around. She took on on a very difficult case with many moving parts , and put me at ease thru the entire process.. I Have Been thru the "System" in the past and have dealt with other lawyers, none has come close to Morgan, she truly cares about your outcome, is very upfront and honest with you , very accessible if you have questions, and very prepared when dealing with your case . It was my first time facing a felony in my life. Had I been found guilty, I would have jeopardized my custody of my daughter and my career. She was able to get the felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor, with other charges dismissed. I left the court that day with a small fine to pay and what felt like my entire world still intact. Her compassion and her skill is something to truly behold and I’m eternally grateful that she was there for me in my time of need.

Great attorney, really didn't even have to talk to her because she handled everything. Was a very extremely hard and odd case many attorney's were too incompetent to get a good deal on, and she basically had a slap on the wrist for me on it. Very good and professional and in the case where she can't show up she has a sub there to represent you so you're not there without representation. Would always recommend and always have her on speed dial in the case of emergency.

Best around!!! I can not say enough about how good this experience with Morgan was. People make mistakes and she showed how much she acctually cares and that our situation mattered. Throughout the whole situation I felt 100% confident in everything she was doing,not one time did I have to question anything, becouse she was so many steps ahead of it. Without Morgan on this case for us, I am sure the results would not have been even close to how great she did for us.
