He never submitted the request and he does not answer the phone and refuses to call back after I leave voice messages . I stoped at his office multiple times and left a note with his secretary and I’ve gotten no response.

Don't hire this guy to represent you he does not answer phone calls and waits tell the night before the court date to tell you that u got court the next day . Horrible and waste of money..
