Follow up 04/16/2025 Mr.Hoelscher just quit on account of my review not the frivolous tax dollars that's being taken for prolonging a 7 yr case. There's admission by the true perpetrator admitting to her guilt in this case and my nephew relied on the transparency and honesty of what his court appointed attorney was doing to get these charges immediately dismissed but nope he's been tormented not only by what's happened but by also being drug thru the court system because he couldn't afford an attorney. Mr. Hoelscher I don't need you to pretend to be cool and on my nephews side I need you to believe he is innocent and do your job. My nephew cant afford a lawyer but his family can. Terrible court appointed attorney. For 7 years these court appointed attorneys have done nothing to help my nephew get the truth out about his case. 7 SEVEN years and no court date. He's not been charged but he's on court probation?? When I asked Mr hoelscher why? all he could say was it's uconstitutional. Does the city need money that bad that they will do these unconstitutional methods to get wrongful convictions that satisfy their false notoriety. I pray to God for truth and exposure on anybody that took a vow to uphold the law and did the opposite.

Kyle has a professional demeanor in the courtroom which is very impressive. I know he truly cares about his clients and has the legal expertise to provide the best possible outcome in the courtroom. Working with Kyle I could tell he was very passionate about his job and helping the people he's assigned. He was able to handle my unique case and was successful in getting me a pretrial diversion even though I live out of state. After hiring a lawyer who's "strategy" was to continuously postpone the court dates until I was arrested a second time, I fired him and called Kyle, which I should have in the first place.
