Kris is a great lawyer. I got into a car accident a couple of months ago when someone rear-ended me, and he helped me so much throughout the entire process. He always checked in on me, made sure I was doing okay, and took the time to explain what was going on every step of the way. He consistently called to keep me updated on my case and let me know whenever he spoke with the at-fault party’s insurance. When the insurance company wasn’t being responsive, he took the initiative to contact them daily and fought hard for my case. After consulting with Attorney Nevels, I hired him to represent my son with this case because I knew right away that he knew the case law and he knew options that were at my son’s disposal. Again, the other two attorneys that I spoke with completely failed to even mention this program as an option. Attorney Nevels and this program official did appear in court with my son for his initial appearance to let the Judge know that this program would be the game plan for my son. The Judge agreed with Attorney Nevels and permitted them to proceed in this manner rather than taking the case to trial. If the case had gone to trial, I have total confidence that Attorney Nevels would have represented my son well and that his case would have still worked out in a favorable manner for my son. However, because of Mr. Nevels’ legal expertise, he was able to avoid trial and actually help my son to get the help that he needed. That’s a WIN-WIN! Kris is absolutely the best lawyers.
