Worst experience ever. not only was Kristie rude and refused to respond to any of my calls or emails. She didn't do any research/investigating. She billed me for communicating with my family but didn't call a single one of them. She called and billed me for calling the base we live by that has nothing to do with my ex husband and children. She didn't look at any of my evidence and she falsely accused me of multiple things. Her job was so awful that our whole entire case had to be thrown out and restarted so not only have I been fighting my abuser for over a year now. I have to restart the whole entire case. Very unprofessional. whenever, I had questions I was ignored or given rude responses and she showed up to my court hearings in short dresses and sandals like she rolled out of bed not long ago. I am super disappointed in my experience and will never recommend the vannoy firm. The firms response to my complaint here is that I'm not a client. Yet I have bill request and have paid their firm atleast $1800 for Kristie's services I will happily be contacting the firm for a full refund if I wasn't a client there.

Just do your research when hiring this high- priced law firm. Staff is exceptional friendly, however, I was highly disappointed in the outcome from this attorney. One minute he has your back, the next he is siding with the opposing counsel. Taking advice from this attorney was mentally draining! Vannoy failed to do what I wanted, which led to mistrust in this attorney! I will say he is phenomenal in filing motions but just be careful cause he can secretly ’file to withdraw from council’ right behind your back!. In all reality, he knew my case was something he couldn’t fight! He lied about dismissing my case, he lied about moving my court date, he lied about withdrawing support, (to name a few). I really wished I could have withdrawn sooner in this counsel, but I was too far invested to do so! I honestly will say, I would never do business with this law firm again! Folks there are other attorneys elsewhere who will have your back! Don’t let this be your one stop shop! I’ve learned my lesson.

I truly want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Kristie Gotwald, My current Attorney for my Domestic Relations case and she is beyond phenomenal, smart, wise, respectful and very very determined. She’s a winner and we are not even done yet!!!. I recommend her to anyone and everyone out there that is going thru any domestic relations case.
