We completed all required documents and they sent a bill with a document we didn't request. I called to ask about it and was told that was a fee. For a "Living Will" that we DID NOT ASK THEM TO DO. I had a calm and professional voice the entire time. I said that did not make sense, we did not ask for nor complete documents related to a Living Will and THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and was just hung up with no one speaking. Four times in a row until I was sent to voice mail. These are DISGUSTING people who have no regard for people. Andre or whoever you really were, Karma will get you in the end. Good luck to anyone who tries to work with them.

I engaged Mr. Vercammen for my traffic accident case, and overall, the outcome was excellent. He delivered on his promise by resolving the case efficiently, ensuring I received a favorable result of no points on my license, despite initially facing 6 points. However, while the service itself was commendable, there were notable shortcomings in communication. Despite initial reassurances during the first contact, subsequent communication from the team was sluggish. There were instances where I had to repeatedly provide information that had already been given, such as the zoom link for the virtual court session. Additionally, despite providing my phone number multiple times, there were continued requests for it, which was frustrating. As someone unfamiliar with court procedures, I sought guidance and clarity, but unfortunately, clear guidance was lacking. Instead, there were moments during calls where I felt disrespected and encountered a distinct lack of effective communication from the lawyer and the team. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification via email and phone calls, the responses often felt condescending. On the day of the court case, there were further lapses in communication. The lawyer indicated he would call me directly, yet initially reached out to my father instead. Moreover, unnecessary requests, such as asking for a crash report, were made despite the information being previously provided. This gave the impression that my case file was not adequately organized within their system. While the lawyer ultimately achieved a favorable resolution at a reasonable cost and within a swift timeframe, I must emphasize the need for improvement in communication from the firm. As a first-time participant in legal proceedings, I would have greatly benefited from more proactive information sharing and clearer communication channels. In addition, he filed a civil reservation on my behalf, a procedure I was unaware of until the request was made. This lack of prior knowledge about the process left me feeling unprepared and underscores the need for more proactive communication from the firm. However, I am very grateful that he filed the civil reservation nonetheless, because I see how it is immensely useful for dealing with civil cases In conclusion, while I appreciate the positive outcome, I advise prospective clients to be mindful of potential communication challenges when engaging this firm.
