Closed a case on an estate and then continued to say everything was fine and had all been filed, when, in fact, everything was not fine, and nothing had been filed. Took 7 months to resolve from when it was supposed to be filed.
If you want someone that is well-versed in the law ,and has a number of years behind him with his personal practice. And his right up front with knowledge and his fees.
