I've had Mr. Scott help me since 1991. He's a very compitant, helpful, knowledgeable & likeable attorney. Yes, I have a lead foot & he's helped me a few times since '91. I'd like to also mention that on 1 court date in Dallas, he represented more than 10 people at 1 time. My tickets were quashed. The other clients were happy as well. Thanks to Mr. Scott & Brenda, his admin? Well, she is a wonderfully nice woman!

Attorney Randle Scott is recommended to anyone who is looking for legal representation for record expungements and or pending criminal court cases. I highly recommend Mr. Scott and I pray he will never has to represent me again but he did a phenomenal job cleaning up legal issues that had been haunting me for years and now I can move forward knowing pass accusations are expunged from my record and life only gets better. Mr. Scott and his office have represented me several times over the years for traffic violations. Each time I was able to keep my driving record clean and avoid adding "points". Sure I could just pay the fines, but then I have a blemished record, and higher insurance rates. His office has always answered my calls, given me accurate information, and followed my opinion on the choices provided to me. I hope to never need the services again, but I'm glad to know Mr. Scott is dependable if I do.

Spoke with a ding bat over the phone thinking she had control, but it’s really we who pay your bills. Anyway, I asked her a simple question and the girl had the nerve to ignore and not only that, but over talk me multiple times, lol no, that’s not how it works when I put food on your table. So I hung up! Before I made my review, I searched through the comments to see if it was just me whose experienced trouble with this one person and it’s not. Randall Smith, if you haven’t learned by now customers make the business. You just lost money and will continue to lose if you allow your employees to think they own your business. I’ve read several reviews where people decided to go elsewhere because of your incompetent employee. You might want to reevaluate your employee roster and let some people go...

The lady that works in his office is very rude and unhelpful. I waited in the waiting area and had to listen to her be rude and snarky on the phone to clients for 30 minutes. When I attempted to check in for my appointment she barely looked up, treated me like I was an inconvenience and didn't even take down my name or what my appointment was for. She just sent me to the waiting area. I don't know how this lawyer gets any business with a lady like that working in his office.

Mr Scott has been fair and very helpful in all situation, has helped with getting my friend tickets taken care of where he didn't have to appear in court. Will continue to use Mr. Scott if need be.

Better off representing yourself. Couldnt even get an insurance ticket dismissed WITH PROOF of insurance... My financial outcome was more than the original tickets. By the way they dont like to answer nor return calls to their clients.
