Donald R. Vaughan & Associates

I have been dealing with this law firm for about 5 years. I have a hernia case that has been ongoing for this long. Last I heard from them we were supposed to be in the litigation faze and payment was supposed to go out the end of last year or the beginning of this year and I haven't heard anything. It's been so long since I have been heard anything I don't even have there email anymore. Could some one please please send me there email. And I am so sorry for those that they failed. I really hope that they didn't use me.

Would not recommend at all, the man does not hold up to the services he say he will provide, charging large amounts to sit and discuss your case for only about 25 min and he suppose to be paid by the hour. Told me he could possibly get my job back because of friendship with certain people, long story short I did not receive my job back I was directed to somewhere else for services containing wrongful termination His services FAILED me. The whole point of using his services was to obtain video footage of the incident so I could clear my name, and he didn’t even get eg footage, or watch the footage to see what I was saying about the company lying on my defaming my character. All I can say over and over again is this man is not a good LAWYER I REPEAT HIS Services are TRASH, he is an old rip off Would never go there for assistance. The secretary barely does her job you have to keep calling the law firm to get updates the man is so booked and busy he is not taking the time to really get down the bottom of your case. He quick to run to the next person in line. I wasted my money for his services if me working in NC and being a at will state why even waste my time saying you can do this and that knowing damn well it wouldn’t hold up. Paid this Attorney $750 for nothing he does not prioritize paying customers he barely even be in the office his services are a waste. When you get there he wants money up front before he even starts he a fraud, he tells lies to get your money and don’t provide the services with out keep trying to milk money out your pockets. Be careful for anyone who try’s to use him as an attorney he crooked like the rest of theses money hungry folks. Also I noticed once he received the money his care about the matter goes out the window because he already received the payment so he getting over you.

Attorney Don Vaughn always helped me out of some situations in the past, He’s the best lawyer in Greensboro nc. He will fight for you and win. If you need a good attorney that will do their job for you call his office. It’s been a while since I have needed his services. But thinking about getting him to do a last will and testament soon.

After reading some of the reviews here, I felt compelled to give a review from my own experience with Donald R. Vaughan & Associates. I asked the NC Bar Association for a referral, based on my case, and they came back with Donald R. Vaughan. I called and got an appointment for a consultation. When I arrived for the consultation, I was greeted outside by Mr. Vaughan as he pulled in while I was headed to the door. I was not judged and made to feel comfortable as he explained what I would need for my case to be successful. By the end of the consultation , I hired Mr. Vaughan to represent me and left with my list of task I needed to complete. Once I completed my list of task, which was basically gathering the documents and information needed to present as evidence to prove my case, I contacted Mr. Vaughan and called to make an appointment to give him what I had. He reviewed everything to make sure it was good enough and his office filled out the proper forms and filed my case with the court. Shortly after I received a notice of hearing from the court. Just before the hearing Mr. Vaughan had me schedule an appointment to go over everything and explain to me how the hearing would go. After a few continuances by the state the hearing was held. Mr. Vaughan presented my case, the state did not object and the court ruled in my favor. Anytime I had a question or hit a snag he was there to advise. I know every case is different but for me the results couldn't have been better. I am very satisfied with the service and representation I received. Well worth every penny I paid.

Five stars. Don is a fantastic professional with invaluable experience in the courtroom. I fired my original attorney and never regretted it.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! They charged me an exorbitant fee, got points put on my license and I still had to pay the tickets anyway! I would have been better off representing myself. Mr. Vaughan never once keep me updated on the case, they never even thought to send me any of my paperwork to keep for my records and the receptionist was too rude and disgusting. Please save yourself the headache and find a better attorney.
