Mr. Whitacre is a absolutely great lawyer. I have used him in the past and will be using him in the future. He has helped me with any problem I have had legally. Nope👿👿.Wouldn't Recommend.👎🏿 I would not recommend his services. The main issue with dealing with Whitacre was during the handlement of our case…he became more detached from us and didn't return our emails or phone calls. We already went over the price of the services that he was to perform. (Which was Case Dismissal & Expungement of Charge). The main problem I had with dealing with him was his dishonesty of what services he was suppose to perform for me. I verified with him clearly before I signed anything with him. I read the agreement and asked him my questions and he said that the upfront fee would cover the expungement of my record and my case dismissal. Well after the case was dismissed, I never got the Charge Expunged. At the end of the case, I was wondering why I didn't get any confirmation via email that the charge was expunged off my record. He sent me a nasty email with a tone that I will never forget. He did a bait and switch. He said that he would be more than happy to expunge the charge off my record for an extra $1000.00. He violated a very important principle. The "principle" of trust. And If I can't trust you then I can't do business with you. I hate to have to report him over something so simple that he could have just been honest about. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S REPLY: First of all, my daughter went with me to handle the entire dealings of this case with you from the VERY BEGINNING. She was sitting right there with me, when we spoke to you about the services to be performed. She is a witness to your behavior and you talk about her like you never seen her or dealt with her before. When you sent emails to us, it was my daughter who checked all those emails. She handles everything for me. And if there is anybody who knows more in depth about the details of dealing with this issue I had with you....it would be my daughter. And by the way....this is my review that I put up by myself, not my daughter's.

Mr. Whitacre is the best i have had him as my representation for years and have always gotten treated fairly without any doubts he does above and beyond to see that your case is viewed for what it is..He is honest and trustworthy and will explain anything you do not fully understand..
