From the start Allen was very helpful and full of knowledge in regard to my citation. I didn't have to do a thing, he handled it all. I'm a CDL hazmat (hazardous material) driver and I was cited for "failing to stop at railroad crossing" which is a VERY serious violation in my line of work.
