I hired Jacob Rigney for my case and it was like he was trying to hand me right over to the prosecutors, I paid him in full and he did absolutely nothing I requested like depositions and he also said I should sign the plea because he wasn’t going to be ready for my fast and speedy trial . Mr Rigney never even asked me was I innocent or was I guilty but just recommended for me to sign a plea for 6 years. I told Mr. Rigney that I no longer wanted him to represent me anymore because I felt he did not have my best interest. So now but I’m back stuck with a Public Defender who was working harder for me from the beginning and she was willing to put in my Motion to suppress evidence on my case , the same thing Mr.Rigney told me there was a 80% chance I was going to lose and my public defender won it for me and all of my charges were dismissed . DONT HIRE JACOB RIGNEY !
