The Law Office of Terrence P. Kirby

I haven't used Mr. Kirby's services in a while, but I wanted to leave a review. Terry has represented me and my family four times. Me twice, my brother and my mother. Somebody crashed a dump truck into my mother's car. All outcomes came out great for us. I would highly recommend his services. He's down to earth and knows the system well. He's well worth the money.

Kirby is great!!! I was jailed because of a vindictive person, and this guy made the prosecutor so mad that when she dropped the charges, she wouldn't even bring me into the courtroom, after filing a habitual criminal case on me. I will be calling him again about getting clemency for my first case, or at least a restoration of rights. Thanks Mr. Kirby for being a great advocate for the little guy.

I'm shocked that this lawyer is still working. Several years ago, he dropped my case without a challenge. It wasn't a serious case but a case I wanted resolved nevertheless. He was so ineffective as counsel that the prosecutor/judge took notice. With this, I was able to singlehandedly navigate the issue myself unscathed. I see that he has a decent review rating and I'm not trying to mess up his money. Perhaps he has improved his desire to zealously represent his clients over the years. (Which is good for all parties involved.)

I hired Mr. Kirby for some legal work I needed done. Mr. Kirby was extremely helpful and honest. He is a good listener and very direct about what to anticipate and what is needed for your case. He answers emails and returns calls promptly. He did a great job for me and I would definitely refer him!
