Great Attorney! Very professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. This is what makes Mr. Hollomon standout far beyond the rest in my opinion. He stays in contact with his clients. I honestly felt like I was his only client even though I know his list of clients is at a continuous flow. I've never been denied a call and I mean just that. His Paralegal Ellen McCoy is absolutely wonderful and, in all honesty, that's an understatement. My case is still ongoing, but I have no complaints.

I was facing some serious jail time. My husband and I reached out to Attorney Joe Holloman. This attorney, I am not only giving him 5 stars, I am giving him 100. He went to work for me and did not stop until he received great results for me. This man, and his firm are awesome, and I am shouting to the mountain top, and to whomever will listen to hire this attorney. I am a true witness to what he can do for you. He is worth every penny. If I am to get into any more legal trouble, he will be the one that will take my case, but I will not be getting into any more trouble. I do not want to disappoint him, or myself. I am free, and it is all because of his hard work and determination. He is an awesome attorney and there are no words in the English dictionary to let him know how much I truly appreciate him and his firm. If he ever needs me, no question ask, I am there. I have read a few of these reviews, I do not understand some of the comments that was made. If any one is put into his shoes, they will know that dealing with the judicial system is very hectic and time consuming. Yes, I have made calls to him and did not received a call right back, I was patient. When you do not hear from him, that is a great sign. He is working for you. Recently Mr. Hollomon handled my Federal criminal case. It ultimately led to a dismissal of the charge that was brought against me. My case was "Odd" to say the least and not necessarily the most cut-dry case either. From the very onset of hiring Mr. Hollomon and explaining my side of the story, he knew that the charges against me wouldn't hold any weight. Throughout the proceedings I was informed of all possibilities, up-to and including, the possibility for trial. Taking all the proof, evidence, and background of my case, he maintained aggression towards the prosecutor and let her know that we would take nothing other than a dismissal. At this point and time, I'm more than confident had we gone to trial, we would have summarily won that case. In this instance, the prosecution/government went too far and tried to push charges on an individual for no purpose other than to obtain a testimony against another defendant. Some of the reviews here mention that Mr. Hollomon doesn't answer the phone or doesn't communicate as frequently as other lawyers. I want to touch on that a bit. It's true that he is a busy man, it can be difficult to get in touch with him, however despite that I can assure you he's working your case with the utmost importance. There were many times I reached out to him and couldn't get him on the phone, but then later would receive contact from him with a wealth of updates. It was obvious that he was working for me, even when not immediately available. Few lawyers can say with honesty, that they have managed to take a Federal Felony Charge with a 20yr sentence, and turn it into a dismissal based on facts and facts alone. Going toe-to-toe with the government doesn't often land in the favor of the defendant (Less than 2%) but when it does, it's because of a lawyer like Mr. Hollomon. I hope, for my sake, that I never need his services again. Rest assured if I meet anyone that does, or if you're reading this because you need representation, you won't go wrong here. He will get you the best outcome possible for your situation.

Joe started out great but then wouldn’t return my calls. I spoke with his asst Jamie most of the time and she was great but I paid him $5000 for a contributing case and when I asked other attorneys they said I should have only been charged no more than $1500. Then he never filed a dismissal when he said and I ended up having to pay more out of my pocket by going on probation. Now that that’s done he is supposed to file and expungement as was agreed upon from the beginning. Guess what? Still not responding to me! So now I have to file a complaint with the Bar association and maybe file a suit against him for part of my money back!! Do not hire him for anything less than a felony because he doesn’t treat you like you are just as important.
