Im trying to get answers for my incarcerated brother. They're unable to answer the phone let alone give me a straight answer. They wont even answer him. They keep sending me in circles to contact his attorney- however we dont know his public attorney and they keep saying they will contact me again or tells us to contact them at a later date- on multiple occasions. The fact that its appointment only and even when I showed up for an answer no one answered- but less than 10 minutes later some guy walks out and locks the door. It's getting frustrating and shows how unprofessional this place and their employees are. I would never recommend and I hope those who have no choice in the matter like my brother gets a better firm

Jeff represented my daughter when she was facing some rather complicated legal issues. He was able to work with the prosecutor and judge and obtained a fair solution. He knew when and where to be and who to contact. He listened to all our concerns and was always honest straightforward, always keeping us in the loop. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is just good people and he genuinely cares. A lawyer with integrity.

Terrible customer service. Contacted the office many times and no help at all. I understand you guys don’t care but please it is still you guys job to do right by people . Contacted the receptionist multiple times her name is Martha and was never contacted back. Was very patient to wait and see if anyone was going to get back but never did. I know it’s not you guys fault that life happens and people go through things but please don’t look or treat people any differently!!! That’s just not right ! All you had to do was contact us back but never did just until it is time to go before the judge then they have that time but there is not much time to discuss anything. I have questions right now so that I am prepared before the judge. It’s just ridiculous! I wish someone to just get back to me !!!!

Jeff machnichols is the most amazing attorney I have crossed paths with. I had a very difficult case, and he was able to get the charges dropped to a much lesser plea. He was not money driven, but purely motivated by the goodness of his heart. He enjoys his career, and does it with a smile on his face. I would use him as my attorney time and time again. Hopefully he won't be needed again, but in the case an attorney was... He would be my first choice!

Jeff is great, he has come through for me many times and always does a great job. He came very highly recommend to my family and I, and over the course of 5 years Jeff never once let us down. I strongly encourage speaking with him.

if you get salena campbell assigned as your public defender ask to be reassigned immediately. she is a crass and arrogant woman and doesn’t really know what she is doing. also took her months to reply to my initial emails and calls, then failed to let me know that she had scheduled a hearing for me when she finally did contact me.
