A severe lack of communication. I guess he'll just take your down payment and expect you to default on it and not ever call you even though you've been calling him and tell you you owe more than what you do call you the day before court and offer offer to that you owe what you thought you owed whenever he never answered you when you tried to clarify it the first time. All he had to do was answer an email. Now I guess he's going to go to court and make me look bad like I didn't communicate with him

I'm glad I gave them a call. The place I called before the lady tried to rip me off ridiculously and i almost paid it out of desperation. Fred is very reasonably priced, and for the small amount of time I did talk to him, he seemed like a nice guy. I hold a cdl a and was driving over the lake Charles Bridge staring at a casino in my truck and lost track of my speed- 16mph over 😳 and got caught. I could've lost my license or had it suspended due to the amount of speed. Fred had it lowered to a non-moving violation and kept it from hitting my driving record. Thank you Fred! The reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is simply because of the communication. I had to call many times to get updated. When I paid, I never received a notice. I never signed anything so I wasn't even sure he was going to represent me etc. Then, after the court date I still recieved no notification about that he went, how it turned out etc. They didn't answer either so I had to call the court to find out. They finally messaged me I believe it was 4 or 5 days later to let me know. Communication goes a long ways. I hope the office can work on that for their future clients. It would make a big difference in their business. Other than that, it was great! They did a great job. 👍
