I have been through a lot recently with receiving a charge here in Polk county. I regret not going to Mr.Alvarez during my trial and having him represent me, as I was being frugal. Which then unfortunately led to charges on my record. A few years after the everything settled and the case was closed, I pursued Mr.Alvarez for a process to get my record sealed because of the many problems you may face when having anything on your record no matter how minor that may be. Out of the many lawyers I called (7 to be exact), he was the kindest and the only one whom showed the most professionalism out of all. I was able to sit down with him and he explained many different scenarios in regards to how I can go about getting my record cleared. He gave me his time and knowledge even before I made commitment to a purchase. After agreeing on which route I would take, it turned out to be a long process due to the government (6 months to be exact) taking their time to process the request, but Mr.Alvarez stuck by my side throughout it all. Although at the end of the process, I was not approved for the sealment, Mr.Alvarez still put a effort into helping me and guiding me and gave 110%.

If all I needed was adjudication withheld for my ticket I could’ve just selected the drivers improvement course. Instead now I’ve paid $500 for a simple traffic ticket. Won’t be using his services again.

Unprofessional. I sent an email through the website and didn't receive a response. A few days later I called and was told that they don't handle what I was looking for. I was on the website and told the person that I was looking right at the tab with three options and was told that they don't do that. Then referred me to another attorney who isn't even in the same county for a local issue.

I hired Mr. Ricardo Alvarez to defend me in my case and he came through he is very professional and very good at what he does. Would highly recommend. Thank you
