Cain & Cain: Cain Randall W

I’m not surprised by the other negative reviews. My experience was very similar. He was extremely rude during our phone conversation. When he returned my call, his speech was garbled and difficult to understand, and instead of clarifying, he quickly became impatient and dismissive. He also stated that he would hang up soon because he was at a personal doctor’s appointment, which made me question why he chose to call back at that time at all. When I calmly explained that his tone was not conducive to a positive experience, he showed no concern and seemed completely indifferent to losing my business.

Randall seemed less than interested to handle our estate planning once I mentioned having a legal plan. He made an appointment to see us anyway and didn't show up. Office staff had no idea the appointment was scheduled and got no response when they finally found his cell number.

Very lazy and shouldn't be in the practice of law if he doesn't want to work

Randy Cain is extremely rude. Absolute trash.
