Easily one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with an attorney. He called me three hours past the scheduled time, then immediately raised his voice and acted as if I was wasting his time. Instead of listening with sincerity, he badgered me for information I didn’t have on the spot. The entire interaction felt rushed, condescending, and hostile. If this is how he treats potential clients, I can only imagine what it’s like once you’ve hired him.

Louis Kosnett is an outstanding attorney! Mr. Kosnett assisted me with a Writ of Mandamus request against a Federal agency. Mr. Kosnett was assiduous in handling my case and listened to my suggestions throughout the process. Mr. Kosnett also kept me updated on the status of the case and he was transparent throughout the process.

This law firm is one of the worst I’ve ever worked with. I reached out to them initially for a university related case with a Professor. The main person, Kosnett, makes a bunch of false promises, saying that the case is easy and that he’ll be able to win. He guided me on the steps to take and drafted the letters for the university senate to review. The amount of proof was abundant and enough for any review board to see false doing. Kosnett ended up losing the case and not refunding any of the amount paid despite his promises. He even went farther and asked for more money to try again despite his failure with the initial payment. Don’t trust a word the staff says just trust yourself. Never doing business here again.
