I have so many great things to say. However, let me go straight to the point. I would like to begin saying, "Thank-You" to the Attorney John A Spellacy because he never gave up in my son. Before he represented my son, there were two attorneys that were representing my son with no success. Once John took over the case he was always transparent and involved in my son’s case. He always kept me well informed of the judicial process and trial dates. He never gave up and was able to workout a good deal for my son. All the hard work and effort really made a difference. John was amazing with my case he immediately saw the cops violating their own laws and knew right away he could get this case thrown out. He worked his magic and almost 2 years later the prosecutor finally dropped the charges. I'm not new to the Brevard justice system and this was the first time I actually felt like the law was on my side in proving I was innocent.
