Mr. Brooks was very disappointing in how he handled my situation. Prior to decided to regain him, I sent him a very detailed message with all my information to which he quickly had his secretary call me to setup a consult because she said "he feels like he can help you". She also stated the consult would go toward my retainer fee which is thrle reason she said they don't do free consults. I setup the consult and paid. Mr. Brooks rescheduled our first meeting and was 25 minutes late for the actual consult. The consult consisted of him telling me that he couldn't do anything about one situation and that he doesn't handle the type of case I needed for the subsequent related issue. The consult was maybe 15 minutes. The only thing I got from it was the type of lawsuit and lawyer I needed to find and he told me I had done a good job with my research thus far. So I paid $200 for a pat on the back!! So devistated and I was very upfront about my financial situation and how much I could pay and would pay for help. I did NOT want or expect free service but why even setup a consult if you already know you can't take the case??!!!

Don't waste your time or money. Doesn't answer the phone for clients. And this is after we paid and he made promises he couldn't keep. He legally steals from memphians facing legal issues. I ended up doing 18 months because he nutted up and didn't want to do his job.

Nice guy but he did not help my case for anything. I should’ve done my own case. He made sure to take my money but when I bought up points to help fight my case he didn’t care nor want to hear it! Would not recommend!

👎 This man is a fraud and he’s taking people’s hard earned money,lying to you.I paid him to seal my record from employers so it wasn’t seen when a background check was conducted but that wasn’t the case. My charge is still showing on my background check, I repeat do not go to him or pay him he’s a lair and will rip you off. Now I have to pay more money and get a honest lawyer to get my charge expunged and I will never recommend this dude👎 I wish I could give a half star.

I love this Attorney Patrick Brooks.... He was very nice and respectful in dealing with my case. Attorney Brooks was very reasonable price and was able to get my charges dropped and expunged... Thank you Attorney Brooks and office
