I had attorney Matt Last to represent me and instead of fighting my case he was lolly gagging with the judge and the DA and instead of fighting my case he was laughing and joking with them like my life isn't on the line! He was lazy, he didn't file motions on my behalf! I told him numerous times I think this judge is biased and instead of informing me, his client, that we could have filed a change of venue to get a judge that was fair he sent me in with the wolves and lost my case. Towards the end he got lazy and collected my money and provided lackluster service that got me convicted for a crime we know for a fact I had nothing to do with! There was no evidence only a statement which by the way was 3 different ones in some way form or fashion, didn't corroborate the story! It was all hearsay. He didn't issue any evidence on my behalf and I never had a chance. He also didn't strike a jury member I wanted to strike. He should be disbarred and not allowed to practice law anymore as long as he treats his job as a money grab.
