Got my case dismissed 01/5/26 love Byrd he handle three cases with me all turn out in my favor great direct man

Wasn't even trying to see what he could do to help. Just said he wouldn't help . What kind of lawyer does that . Id give zero stars if I could. I don't suggest this lawyer if ya need one!

I do not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking professional or reliable legal representation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected or deserved. The attorney did not show up for a court date, leaving me confused and completely in the dark about the evidence that was presented in my case. I had no preparation or understanding of what was being discussed because I was not properly informed beforehand. To make matters worse, when I followed up on an issue he specifically told me to check on, he responded with foul and unprofessional language during our conversation. This type of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially from someone who is supposed to be representing and guiding clients through serious legal matters. Even the judge acknowledged when the attorney did not show up in court that the attorney "needs help" due to his absence, which speaks volumes about the seriousness of the issue. The only positive aspect of this experience was his staff, who were always courteous, professional, and helpful despite the situation. They were truly priceless in their efforts to assist me and keep things on track. Again, I do not recommend this attorney for any legal matters if you're looking for accountability, respect, and proper representation.

I hired him and paid good money 2 months before court and said he was going to get it dismissed. Him or his secretary never called with updates I had to find out myself and always call them and when I went to court he was 20 minutes late and didn't fight to get it dismissed. He kept saying we can play with it which is the same thing he been saying all along and never did anything. I got the same offer that I would have gotten with a public defender.

Mr. Byrd and his staff is amazing. As some reviews say, Mr. Byrds bed side manner is not the best. I didn’t care about that. He got everything done that I needed, very time I asked. He will shoot it straight, and tell you the truth, even if you don’t like it. He is prices very reasonably. He’s a very busy man, but for good reason. Ms. Yolanda and Ms. Jackie are great treasures to his team. Would definitely recommend him! -Alexanderia Gwin

He treated me like an enemy. I basically wasted my money on him. He basically gave up on my case. He didn’t help me out. I basically help myself out. When I tried to ask him to explain what he was saying. He went off and talk to me any kind a way. Very unprofessional. I will never book him as a lawyer again.
