I trust Richard Keith bec he is straight forward & gets straight to the point. He is aggressive at handling a case he is someone you would want to represent you in court. Mr. Keith did an awesome job with handling my husband's case he traveled over two hours to represent in court and he was on time. Absolutely not complaints also his assistant is very helpful.

I will never recommend anything other than stay out of this man's office. My husband retained him for representation on a very serious charge. Mr. Keith showed up late to the first hearing in front of the judge and because my husband was in the courthouse hallway looking for him instead of in the courtroom when his name was called, the judge had him taken into custody immediately for an FTA. While Mr. Keith made his apologies to the judge for being late, he never uttered a single syllable of that word to my husband or my self as my husband was taken away in handcuffs. He never made any kind of real attempt to put on a defense for my husband despite mitigating circumstances to the case that could have at least possibly lessened his sentence had they been argued at all, much less appropriately. At the sentencing hearing this man stood citing facts about my husband's time in service and missed his actual time by seven years, clearly indicating that he had no knowledge of his client nor an interest in truly defending him by any real means. He happily took the money we had to work so hard to come up with and just ended up being a suit in a court room. Not worth a single penny.

First time I needed his assistance he produced results I wanted however his communication skills are off. He does not communicate well AFTER he has your money. Literally 2nd time I needed him and we lost case I called IMMEDIATELY after court and he asked and who are you? That's not cool. He did not work on my husband case until morning off. Truly thankful I believe in a higher power.

Richard Will have you sitting in prison. Don’t trust him. He is not a criminal lawyer. I had to drop him. Thankfully God was with me and the public defender was god send. God worked it out in our favor by putting us in the right places with the right people.
