My neighbor was represented by Guy Dotson. He did a terrible job. She asked me to testify for her, but he did not contact me or mail my subpoena. Saturday night before her Monday hearing, she hand delivered it to me. He did not contact me at all, so I called his office to see if he wanted to meet with me before the hearing or if he wanted to talk with me about my statement. He seemed very disorganized and unprofessional. I had to call my boss Sunday evening to explain that I would need to leave work for a little while the next morning. The case that he presented was weak, and because of that, she did not receive any alimony. She also lost custody of her children.
