Sorry about the delay, life moves fast! Just a note to let the powers at be know that Kate and Mike Farrell were very pleased with services rendered by William Belport, in our case against the DMV and Orange PD. The disconnect from my first interview with a Cynthia Fisher and my local lawyer was stark. Cynthia talked about fighting the charge by picking the police report , she said that some of the sobriety tests were illegal etc. They would flee comb the report etc. and fight the charge. I was well under the legal limit as well .05 No charges from the DMV. The police report was marked as under the influence of drugs and alcohol because I told the officer I took anti depressants. My outcome I felt was a forgone conclusion with the county of Orange. I never saw the police report , I was told the police body cam would be reviewed..my lawyer never got the video. My local lawyer was very kind and responsive even with missing court dates due to incorrect paperwork but basically said the best outcome would be a wet and reckless. I didnt feel I had any other options even when I mentioned what I was originally told by Cynthia. The city of Costa Mesa and the police department are working together to fill the cities coffers. Where I was stopped the city opened 4 bars on top of the 2 that were already there and improved parking on the street to accommodate more cars. Then the police sit at either end of the street and pick people off as they drive away. What do you think the city is up to? Entrapment! give liquor licenses out load the street up with bars and improve parking... I was .05 BA! spent close to 10k and still got a wet and reckless... there was no fight just a forgone conclusion.

I got a DUI and I wish I had gotten off with a wet wreckless but to me it seems as if my team of lawyers did everything possible to help me with reducing my DUI sentence given my circumstances. I didn't really like that I got bounced from lawyer to lawyer throughout this process but I can say that Meghan and Kristen were by far the best lawyers in the whole process. They really put in work to help me out and answered all the questions I had and provided to my knowledge the best representation on my behalf and I'm very thankful for them.

Kristen Nathan was my attorney and she is the definition of awesome. I unfortunately had a bad experience with my original attorney named Samir Belani.
