I was treated fairly by Alliance Legal up until the moment I decided I no longer wanted to file bankruptcy. Since then, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying $595, I have had to beg repeatedly just to receive an itemized copy of charges and confirmation of my refund amount. To this day, I still do not have clarity on either. On top of that, their customer service representative, who handles phone calls for the Norfolk/Virginia Beach office, has shown a consistently unprofessional and nasty attitude whenever I’ve tried to get answers. While I cannot speak for other locations, I would strongly caution anyone considering this office. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism has been shocking. I would highly not recommend the Norfolk/Virginia Beach location.

I had an excellent experience with Alliance Legal Group. I am a former client but have been meaning to leave a positive review for a while now. If Janice Flonta (hope I have the correct name) still works there I have to say that she is absolutely wonderful and I owe her many thanks for helping me so thoroughly and efficiently. I wish the absolute best for Janice and everyone who represents Alliance Legal Group. Thank you all again!

Very happy with the results. They did just what they said they would do protect my money and property. When I asked my mother how did her Consultation go today (10/2/19), I was very disappointed. My mother went for a "Free Consultation" at this Law Firm and the first thing that the attorney said to my mom was: I dont know who started this process of Free Consultations, but I hate Free Consultations and I was very busy today! Ummm.. is that the first thing you say to a potential client and if it was an icebreaker it didnt go over very well.Thanks but no thanks, she will definitely not use this firm when she makes her decision to retain an attorney.

Great working with them. Everyone was so nice & knowledgeable. My attorney even got my student loans dismissed!

They suck and are unprofessional trying bowman law or anybody else they do free consultation over phone which is unprofessional but they expect u to call them but they don't tell u this I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies very unprofessional
