I called this law firm because I saw a few good reviews, but I also saw a few bad ones. At first. I didn't see why there were any bad reviews because the front desk lady seems very nice. We even had a very long conversation over the phone when I signed with them to fight my ticket but I guess they do all that just to get your money. Because after that, I never heard anything from them again. Not a phone call. Not an email. Nothing I paid them. Almost $300 to solve my case and obviously with that, you know they're supposed to contact you to let you know the results of the case, and what not but I didn't hear a single thing. I had to call the office myself today, and the lady was very rude to me. I guess they're very rude to you after they get your money because I asked her. Why didn't they contact me when I paid them. Almost $300 She's telling me everything has to be done through the portal when the portal doesn't even notify you when you have Messages, the least they can do is contact you when they have send something. How are we supposed to know but she was very rude and disrespectful Basically took $300 for me and told me absolutely nothing. Still don't even know what's going on with my case and I am basically at risk for getting my license suspended, because when I checked my portal inbox, there is nothing don't bother. Wasting your money here. It will cost you a whole lot less at ticket clinic and they will consistently contact you with updates. Unlike this place. Horrible communication, horrible attitude, and and now won't even answer the phone so I can know what's going on with my case. She couldn't even tell me over the phone because she's too lazy to read. They need to get a new better friend desk person with a better attitude, and I can't even get in contact with the lawyer because I don't have his number. The front desk lady runs everything. So be careful on getting on her bad size Overall, just a very unprofessionally ran place.

I had a great experience working with this law office! I live in Texas and needed help with an old traffic ticket in Florida — they handled everything smoothly from start to finish. The entire team was great, but I especially want to thank the secretary, who went above and beyond. She was always on top of things, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure all things were handled in a timely manner. I felt truly taken care of throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their services.

I was told that attorney Cruz could get my ticket dismissed with an 80% certainty/success rate by the intake person. Not only was he NOT able to accomplish the goal but boasts that he was able to avoid getting points on my license which I could have done on my very own by attending the school option and just paying the ticket. Now I have to pay almost $40 more for the ticket and still have to take the school option lol. Plus the fee I paid him. What a joke! Save your money! He won’t fight anything for you and then tell you that he accomplished something you can do by yourself. He even admitted that you are worse off by challenging the ticket because your chances of getting points significantly go up. What is the whole point of your business model then? Why even hire him? Save yo’ money!

Hurray! My traffic ticket has been dismissed. Attorney Cruz and his team are outstanding—excellent communication from day one until the end. Highly recommended!

WARNING - Do not use this guy. I would give negative stars if I could... I wasn't going to write a review, because it's not my style. But this situation keeps bothering me, and I feel compelled to say something, in an effort to help someone who might be considering this firm. I hired Cruz Law to assist me with a traffic violation, non DUI. I was advised by Cruz, that my situation was not a big deal, and that I should get out of it pretty clean. I was told this for several months leading up to the court date. I checked in with Cruz a month or so later. He tells me that he spoke with the ticketing officer, and that the officer had no intention on showing up to the court date, or submitting a report. The day before my court date, I reached out to Cruz Law just to check in, and see if any changes/anything to worry about. I was told again, nothing to worry about, all looks good. I show up to my court date, met with Cruz outside the courtroom and he says, we have a problem. The officer who ticketed me submitted his report last night, and that due to Law changes at the start of 2024, my situation had mandatory penalties (So he didn't now about law changes at the start of the year? And the officer decides to submit his report 5 months later, the night before my court date? Sure...). So now I am very concerned as only minutes away from entering the courtroom. Essentially, the judge issued the full penalty - excluding jail time. Cruz said nothing, did nothing, just stood there and told me to plea no contest. No argument, no negotiation, nothing... He strung me out for months telling me everything would be fine, then at the very last minute leaves me to the mercy of the court. What did it cost me? - $1,500 in Lawyer Fees - $1,000 in Court Costs - Suspended DL for 1 year - $ 250 for Business Only DL - $ 75 for 12Hour Driving School - $36,000 over 3 years for FR44 Insurance. Do what you want, but I do not trust this guy, and would never use him again.
