My Goat fr 🙏🏼🙏🏼 this man has miraculously gone 3 for 3 on my tickets. Every time the process is smooth and straight forward and his assistants are always so helpful to answer any questions when needed. I will say, just because your case got dismissed easily; do not take that as a challenge to drive even more reckless in the future….

At first, the situation was very intimidating, but once I connected with Jeff Lotter’s office, everything changed for the better. His team was exceptional — professional, understanding, and supportive throughout the process. Jeff not only offered the best price in town but also delivered the best service. He personally reached out to me even before the court date to review everything and assured me that the points and class requirements would be removed, and the case would be dismissed — and he delivered exactly as promised. I am truly satisfied with the outstanding service and care I received from Jeff and his team.

If this review was solely on the fact Jeff is a good lawyer than it would be at least 5 stars. However the communication and professionalism is so bad at his office. I was accused of writing a bad review even though THIS is my first and only one. After that I had let them know this wasn't true and had asked for help further in my case. They were very vague with answers and at a certain point stopped answering me all together. My case is closed and I really was only going to use them to seal my case and of course pay more for him to work for me again. I really do like Jeff as a lawyer. I would really consider that when joining him. The con is the office not him. Again I want to emphasize JEFF WILL WIN YOUR CASE the customer service is just not great. Ex: the lady working there, before I mentioned something to Jeff, would tell me the day before I had a court date like I didn't have a job to attend 🙃 Thank you Jeff for helping me with my case! Wish I could've thanked you better. You really should make some office changes all the best!
