I had a very disappointing experience with this firm’s intake process. The intake person, Fernando, was rude and disrespectful during our conversation. When I tried to explain my situation—specifically how two companies were involved along with a work injury—he repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to fully explain. Fernando told me that my information would be sent to the attorney and that I would receive a response within two days. However, just two hours after the call ended, I received an email stating they could not take my case. The interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and misleading. I understand that not every firm can accept every case, but basic courtesy and professionalism were lacking.
